By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or making a purchase, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and exclude VAT (15% as per KSA law), which will be added at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defects within 7 days of receipt, per Saudi Consumer Protection Law.

Refunds issued to original payment method within 14 days of approval, minus shipping costs. No refunds for personalized or used items.

6. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products are sold "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties for merchantability or fitness for purpose.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
