Exchange and Returns Policy

At Atelier Medad, we craft each piece with artisanal care, celebrating the unique beauty of handmade products. Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, our exchange and returns policy is tailored to comply with Saudi Consumer Protection Law while honoring product quality.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Accepted only for defects: Returns or exchanges are limited to manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival (e.g., chips, cracks, significant color discrepancies).

• Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery receipt.

• Not eligible: Personalized items, used products, items damaged after delivery, or those not in original packaging/condition. Size/color variations due to handcrafting are not considered defects.

Process

1. Contact us immediately: Email [[email protected]] or WhatsApp [+966 55 466 5412] with:

   • Order number and date.

   • Clear photos of the defect/damage.

   • Reason for return/exchange.

2. Approval: We’ll inspect photos and respond within 48 hours to approve or deny.

3. Return shipping: At your expense (unless defect confirmed). Use tracked shipping to:

4. Refund or exchange:

   • Refund: Issued to original payment method within 14 days of receipt/inspection, minus original shipping and return costs.

   • Exchange: Available for same-value item if in stock; new shipping at your expense unless defect.

Additional Notes

• All sales are final once inspected and approved as non-defective.

• Shipping delays or carrier issues do not qualify for returns.

• Refunds exclude VAT adjustments or discounts applied.
